I am looking for a student attending university in Birmingham to take over my tenancy for a Bronze Ensuite in the Homes for students Canalside accommodation (no council tax, all bills and utilities included). Ready to be moved in to as soon as possible, with the tenancy ending on 30th August 2025.

Canalside is in an ideal location for those studying at all the universities and colleges in the city, as it is located near multiple of the universities as well as the bullring shopping centre. It is the perfect accommodation for students in Birmingham for those looking for a cosy home away from home.

This Bronze Ensuite room in a 6 bed flat comes with a ¾ sized bed, study area, ensuite bathroom and ample storage. You will also have access to the shared kitchen area, onsite laundry facilities, common room and onsite gym.

Living at Canalside is super easy, with all utility bills included in the rental price! The secure door entry system and CCTV throughout the building ensures you can feel safe and secure at all times.

To make things even more convenient, there is a free shuttle bus service that runs in the week making it easy to get to uni and go shopping!

I have had to stay in my home town for personal reasons, which is why i’m offering my tenancy.
It will be a fresh student accommodation room, and since I originally booked the room earlier on in the year, I was entitled to an early bird offer which I am now being able to offer to whoever takes over the tenancy (£139pw) which is cheaper than what is currently being advertised for the same en-suite in the property (159pw).
