This beautiful flat is based in B15 in city centre Birmingham.

My current flatmate is called Lauren and she is 22 years old. The room is available to rent from the start of March and I am flexible on the move in date.

I'm looking for someone to takeover on a short term stay from 2-6 months (up until the start of September.)

The flat is in a quiet safe neighbourhood and is very well connected to the city centre. Five ways train station is a few minutes walk. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the Mailbox and Brindley Place and there is easy canal access over the road. There is a Tesco express for essentials over the road and a Morrisons a 15 minute walk away.

Your room is very spacious has a double bed and comes with a desk, huge wardrobe and side tables etc. You will also have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The living room and kitchen are open plan and spacious. There is a parking space available which you are welcome to use.
