Hi, my name is Grayce and I am looking for somebody to take over my flatmate's tenancy who is re-locating. This flat is in the city centre right next to the mailbox so it is perfect for young professionals! I am looking for a friendly female flatmate to move in for :) It is a 5 minute walk to New Street station.

The bills at the moment are approximately £230 with council tax - (Band E).

The Flat is in a large building with lifts and a 24-hour concierge. The flat has a shared living room/kitchen area and a hallway. The room for rent is an en suite, but the there is another bathroom in the flat (which is mainly mine at the moment due to the en suite in the other room). There is also a gym included in the rent!
