I double room to rent in friendly house with tv, WIFI, wardrobe and drawer plus a small tv. Use of all household facilities including parking space if required.
Rent includes, gas, electric, water, but does NOT include food and toiletries.
I'm easy going and only clean, considerate and respectful people need apply.
I am very near to Frankley Services so very easy to commute to Bromsgrove, Droitwich etc and only 15 minutes to the The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Royal Orthopaedic Hospital so ideal for a person who works there.
Several buses to the City Centre which is only 7 miles away and only a 10 minute drive to Rowley Train Station which then enables you to go to the city centre stopping at Jewellery Quarter too and its carries on as far as Malvern in one direction or Stratford upon Avon in the other plus Smethwick Galton Bridge is only a couple of stops on the Rowley line then you can go virtually most places in the country.
