The other 3 house tenants are extremely friendly and welcoming, very respectful, quiet however a good laugh. Also has a decent sized Back and front garden which is maintained regularly by gardeners.

New tenant has to be clean and up to sharing house chores, easy going and respectful of the other housemates.
