Lovely double room available in spacious house in Lewisham!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, an armchair and a huge wall wardrobe.

Fully fitted kitchen and separate cosy living room.
We also have a big attic, currently used as storage.
Wifi is included.

The house is situated 7-8 minutes walking distance from Lewisham train and DLR station, from where you can reach the centre of the city in just 15 minutes!

Bus stop 136, 321, 21 and 436 just outside. In a few stops, any of these busses can also take you to New Cross Overground Station.

There is an off-licence next to the house and Asda and Tesco just a couple of minutes walk away.
Within walking distance, you'll also have gyms, cafes, restaurants and many shops!

The house is to be shared with me, a 27 years old female from Italy, the only other tenant. I am a chilled person who enjoys a good book and watching tons of movies. Generally, I like to travel, explore and socialise at the local pub with a nice cold pint but as this is not possible at the moment I'm settling for nice walks. I am also testing my baking skills, so batches of fresh vegan cookies are always on the counter.

The desired tenant will also be a professional female.
The list of requirements is short. As long as you are a clean and friendly person with a kind attitude that's all we ask. Hopefully, you'll see that you'll be renting more than just a room, but a warm place to call home.
