We have a bright double ensuite available in May in our beautiful top floor flat.

There are wooden floors throughout, new appliances and huge floor to ceiling windows that face the rising sun. We have a full wrap around balcony with access from each room that over looks a local park.

It's a 12 minute walk to Blackheath or Lee station with great transport links to central London. It's 15mins to London Bridge on the train and a 25 minute walk to Greenwich Park

The bedroom is a bright and furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a wall of built in storage. There is room for a desk. The bathroom is modernly decorated and bright with a rainforest shower.

The shared open planned kitchen and living room has kitchen table and chairs, dishwasher, washer/dryer, comfy couches and a large screen tv.

We are looking for a friendly housemate. Someone who is respectful, clean and good to chat over some wine, food, or a good cup of tea. Not a party house but happy to have friends round. (within covid/social distancing guidlines)

You will be living with friendly, sociable people that respect space but enjoy chilling together over some good or awful tv. We both work in theatre normally however we currently work from home.
