This is a lovely, cosy and bright bedroom with a double bed in a ground floor flat in Lewisham (zone 1-2) shared with only one flatmate.
Full-time students are preferred, but professionals are also welcome, as long as you are polite, friendly and clean!

The room is small but comfortable, with a double bed and under-bed storage, a bedside table with drawers, a small wardrobe, shelves.
You are welcome to enjoy all the shared spaces such as the bathroom, kitchen (looks completely different now, new picture coming soon) and the lovely sitting room with a very comfortable double sofa, dining table, TV and Wi-Fi, plus use of the washing machine.
There is space at the back of the property for bikes if you love cycling; if you have a car, parking is available at no extra cost but needs to be registered with the estate.

The neighbourhood is extremely quiet, with lots of families and young professionals living in the area. It is in a very well connected area, with Lewisham DLR and Railway station just 6-minute walk away and St Jonh's Railway station just 5-minute walk. From Lewisham station, it's very quick to get to Bank by DLR (only 20 minutes) or London Bridge (10 minutes) Waterloo and Charing Cross and Victoria Station by train. Very close to the house there is also a bus stop connecting you to Lewisham Shopping Centre, Marylebone, Paddington and many other areas. Nearby the property, you can easily access Glass Mill Leisure Centre, with a lovely gym, swimming pool and sauna, and supermarkets Tesco and Asda.
