I’m a student from LSE. I will be back in Malaysia for the summer so I'm looking for someone to sublet my room from mid-July 2022 to mid-to-end September 2022!

Location: Brunswick Square
Nearest Tube Station: Russell Square (5 mins walk), Kings Cross (6 mins walk)
Distance from UCL: 5-10 mins walk
Price: £260/week or £1127/month (incl. water & wifi bills)

This property is super convenient as it is just two to three mins walk away from Brunswick Square which has Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tian Tian Market, Robert Dyas, Superdrug, Starbucks, GBK, MeatLiquor, Slim Chickens, GP, Benz, Fuwa Fuwa and many more nice restaurants, dessert places and most importantly, bubbletea options! It is a two mins walk away from The Gym. If that isn't convenient enough, there is a Pret and a Tesco 5 min walk away (near Russell Square tube station). Also, for council tax purposes, this property is situated in the Camden county.

I am looking for someone to take over a room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. This room has an en-suite so you will have your own toilet and you will be living with one other flatmate.
