Hi I have a single room that will be available the start of November possibly sooner it has a small double bed in it at moment which has work for last 2 tenants. It sits just of the living room downstairs. We are 3 guys in house myself who sells trainers and loves sports kyria who is a builder to trade and Gav not sure what he does lol. We are all in mid 30s and are pretty chilled so wild partys not really our thing lol past that .Also Bonnyrigg sites just outside of the city so if you were working in town it would be around 40 mind journey time during peak hours and around half hour of peak just to make people aware
