I am a 32 year old female living alone with my dog- Theo- a 5 year old crossbreed who i adopted from Romania. We are looking for a friendly, tidy and dog loving individual to share our home with!
I work two jobs- one at a pub, so my hours are varied. I am a friendly, polite, kind person, looking for someone to share my home with me.

Master bedroom of a three bedroom semi detached house available to rent in Ferndown. Mostly unfurnished but does have a double bed with fairly new matress and built in wardrobes. There is a chest of drawers if wanted.
Middle bedroom used as a spare bedroom.
Wet room with electric shower.
Loft space available.
Spacious lounge-diner.
Kitchen
Downstairs toilet (currently out of use but looking to get fixed)
Front and back garden (work needed in back garden but is in hand)
Utility room with washing machine and use of your own single fridge.
No drive way but parking available in the cul-de-sac.
Safe, quiet area of Ferndown.
2 minute walk from bus stop.

Must be a dog friendly person. Due to his troubled start, Theo has quite bad trust issues with new people. Creating a bond with him will take time and is a slow process, but once you’re there, he will be your best pal!
No smoking inside the house but fine in the garden/utility room.

£575 for all rent and bills (Individual)
This includes- council tax, electric, gas, water, sewerage, sky tv (sky +), Netflix, wireless broadband, tv license and exclusive master bedroom with full use of all other facilities in the house.

Master bedroom can be decorated to your personal taste.
