This cosy, clean, light and modern flat is In the centre of Bournemouth with everything on your doorstep so ideal if you don’t have a car as you can pretty much walk everywhere including the beach! There is parking but only on a first come first serve basis.
I work Mon-Frid from home and would like another female to share with who works full time but ideally not from home too

It would ideally suit someone who likes their own privacy and space but occasionally likes to have a chat too or watch a film with a glass of vino.

The room is recently decorated with a new double bed and has a double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom has a nice big shower cubicle and you would only be sharing facilities with one other ie me!

I don't mind smokers as I have a balcony area
