Hello,

My name is Elise, I have bought and lived in this flat on my own for over a year and half, and have done quite a bit of work in it.

I with my partner are now starting to look to buy somewhere together so the flatshare is only available short term with a rolling monthly (or weekly if you even prefer!) contract. Monday to Friday welcome and rent can be discussed according to your days/time.

The flat location is very convenient for Westbourne and the Triangle as it is just in-between and take 5 minutes walk to both, and it is a 10 minutes walk to the beach.

There are 2 entrances, one private at the rear of the building where there is a dedicated parking space and a visitor parking space too.
There is a little outside space / terrace where I have a small table and 2 chairs. Perfect for breakfast in the sunshine when sun is out, drink alfresco, or simply to smoke if you do, as there is no smoking inside the flat.

It is a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with a large living room and separate kitchen. The master bedroom to rent has the en-suite which is brand new with a good shower, towel rail, storage under sink, oh and toilets of course. The other bathroom has a bath so if you fancied a bath, you would be very welcome to it!

The king size bed is high and incredibly comfy, it is a year old, and has 4 drawers in the base. Nice duvet and pillows too. There is a large in-built wardrobe with good storage. Bed linen and towels can be provided if you need.

Kitchen fully equipped although note there is no microwave (not a big fan and never really found the need for it, well except when it would be so easy!). Dishwasher, good size fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, etc and washing machine (for which there is a dedicated space to dry stuff, very convenient!) Oh and there is a Sonos music system in the flat, including in the bedroom if you were interested.

Now me... I am a trainee child psychotherapist, this means that I work for the NHS and also study. One day a week, my studies take me to London where i used to leave for 14 years before coming down here 2 years ago. Overall I am busy and need some quiet when finally there is time!

So definitely no party animal and late night for me but not anti-social either! I enjoy having dinners with friends and relax reading or watching a movie at night. I am no drama queen either and really enjoy down to earth and responsible people.

I would like to share this home with someone (one someone, not couple sorry) who is independent and has their own life but happy to regroup at time to share a dinner, drink or a tea. I don't mind if you have a small dog, not as keen on cat sorry (because of the litter really, if not I like cats!)
I am fairly tidy and not kitchen averse, but I like to not go back to a messy kitchen, so again future flatmate being responsible and respectful of his/her home is much appreciated!

There is a cleaner coming couple of hours fortnightly at the moment, included in the price so all other bills.
