Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at 10 McWilliam Close which lasts until 26th July 2021. It's a double room which usually costs £494 a month but I'd be willing to cover £194 of that each month as I need to sort out personal stuff ASAP, which means you'd only pay £300 each month. Also the last payment is due in May meaning you have June and July rent free

It's literally across the road from BU and AUB and all the other housemates are super nice and easy to get along with.
The room itself is really nice, it's relatively new so everything's in great condition. It's also rented privately which means you have direct communication with the landlord, so no letting agencies to deal with. If you're interested or have any other questions feel free to drop me a message.
