3 bed bungalow, with a massive garden, parking and garage. And of course a cuddle buddy (my dog) by the name of Bear. 🐻

I'm a laid back, tidy person who is looking for 2 people to share my 3 bed bungalow.

My latest tennant Nick planned to stay only 3 months and stayed 9 months. He has recently moved back to America.

My other latest tennant Claire has relocated back to Portsmouth. She originally planned to stay 3 months and stayed here for 18 months.

We got all got on extremely well and I'm keen to find more good people to live with. 😊


There are great perks to my bungalow:

-Central location between Bournemouth and Poole with lots of bus routes at the top of my road.
- It takes 45 minutes to walk from my home to Bournemouth beach or a 15 minute cycle.
-There is Sainsburys superstore and Aldi within a 10 minute walk from my home. And this is the same with the pharmacy and GP practice.
-It's a Culdesac with a nature reserve on the front door which is brilliant for walks.
-My dog Bear will greet you with affection every day after work! He is so quiet in the house you don't notice he is there and is probably the most trained and well behaved dog you will ever meet.
- I love dancing, board games and Thai boxing. If you are new to the area I'm more than happy to show you around and introduce you to some of the social groups I am part of, particularly the Dorset 20s&30s group. 😊
-I am flexible with furnishings/decorating the room how you like it
-The house is kept tidy and clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom.

My rooms are likely to go fast, like it did last time. Message me if you are interested.
