I currently live in London, but visit my sister (21 year old) who stays in my room approx Mon-Fri and is studying at Bournemouth university. So the (very large, 3 bedroom) flat is unoccupied most weekends.

1 bathroom, 1 WC plus utility room with washer / dryer

Kitchen has a dishwasher as well as large fridge / freezer

Room has large built in wardrobe

Dogs / cats allowed (encouraged!) subject to prior approval and as long as you let me help look after it :)

Home office unused if you wish / need to work from home (although it currently is storing some items which will be removed from the flat by the end of March)

Price does not include bills which are c.£200 pm. For couples rent will be £200 pm higher - let’s discuss

Flat is also walking distance to southbourne grove - lots of local cafes / restaurants
