The right person will be at work during the day time and not on a shift pattern. (I do have a dog who will bark when door is opened)

The right person will be out to work during week days and not working from home. We do have an office near the High Street that might be suitable for someone to work from though as part of the rental.

Must be tidy and keep own room clean whilst helping with the shared area of house.

I do have a small-dog so must be used to them. He is friendly and will follow you especially in kitchen. He will bark mainly when it’s the door or your leaving.
Most of the time just myself however I do have my daughter home from uni holidays etc.
