A nurse currently working in London (Wed -Fri) and commuting to Bournemouth from Friday to Tuesday, I would like to share my place with somebody (single or couple) who is respectful, considerate, friendly, clean and tidy. The room will be available for a short stay or Monday to Friday due to the possibility of selling the property.

I have relaxing nights after work, so night times are respected by me and the neighbours.

The flat will be furnished in December and should be ready by Christmas or new year. The rent includes the council tax, service charge, and water bill; exc. electricity bill.
