Large furnished double bedroom on top floor in 3-storey 7 bed house in Talbot Road, Winton & double bedroom on first floor also available (get in touch) Only 15 minute walk from Bournemouth University and Arts University.

Currently 5 housemates, the loveliest bunch of people, very chill and tidy but also enjoy to go out every now and again!! All are students studying at Arts University in their second year.

House is very spacious to accommodate 7 people, with a good sized lounge and kitchen, and also a very large garden with a patio and grass area! Bills are not included however only cost £78 per person per month.

EXTRA- I am now urgently needing to get rid of this room so rent has lowered from £550 to £400, I also am happy to continue to pay the monthly bills of £80. This would be a great offer to whoever takes it!
