It was refurbished a couple of years ago so new carpet and kitchen/bathroom etc. New boiler, central heating, fast internet, near cheap supermarkets :-)

This flat is close to Boscombe centre, near the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
The transport links are great, taking you in to Bournemouth centre frequently (and night bus)
The beach is about a 15 minute walk away,
Bournemouth centre is 30-40 min walk away or a 15 min cycle.

There is free on street parking a few minutes away (all around the back streets of the area)

Sorry to the party animals, but this is not a party house. With Chaplin's round the corner I wouldn't see the need anyway :-)

I am looking for someone who will fit in with the other housemates, because I do not want to disturb the nice, friendly environment of the house.

They are both professionals 30-40 years old. Conscientious, they both are hard workers, and they are nice and sociable but not party animals
They keep the place very clean and I insist that the new housemate be as clean and conscientious.
