Big double room to rent (Flat share). Nice flat very close to the beach. The room is furnished and comes with all bills, broadband, Disney+, Apple TV, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Netflix etc.

I'm pretty laid back and a smoker (but only outdoors). I have a 3-legged Dalmatian and am open to you having a pet - not sure about cats yet, as she's never met one indoors :)

I'm looking for one person to rent the room, but partner is OK to say over a few days a week (within reason). Students OK. The decor is pretty dated, but in very good order.

I own my own company, so work from home. I have a WhatsApp video of the room I can send you if required.
