each room is single occupancy. Please dont ask for couples.
Its near Alumn Chine and beach, double rooms just decorated mainly in Sandtex white and grey , lot of solid wood, new shower room in slate grey with glass doors, good position, quiet yet I mile to the Triangle. Clean and tidy. You will have a key to your room and a key to the front door.

I do the letting strictly prefer to leave a room empty until I find a good long term house member who will contribute and get on with the others in a quiet tidy atmosphere.

Flat mates currently single prof type people in twenties, thirties...quiet.

The house has wireless BROADBAND 64mbs internet with TalkTalk, fully equipped kitchen with plates, pans and cutlery you will have your own cupboard.

....and video and you will almost know it before leaving your seat You can go round by arrangement in the week or after 11 am at week ends.
