I have 1 nice-sized upstairs double room in a large Edwardian house in the Queens Park area of Bournemouth. Actually, I think it is the best room in the house. It is a really great room, quiet, with a window to the garden. House is currently shared between me, my wife (from Czech), 2 kids (8 and 13) and 1 other guy from Bulgaria (a super nice guy in mid 30's). The other tenant (from Slovakia) is moving out at the end of the month to get a place with his new girlfriend.
I have a large, well-kept garden that is excellent in the summer. There is space to store bikes, etc., if you need it.
We are all working professionals with active sports lifestyles. I'm very into running and kitesurfing. I travel a lot, so I'm often out of the country. The kids are very well-behaved (most of the time) and have a very busy schedule with schooling and sports.
We have 2 cats and 2 dogs (Hungarian Viszla), so you must like animals. As I am away a lot, and everyone is pretty busy, I'd consider subsidising the rent for walking the dogs. There is a large park at the end of the road.
The house would best fit a working professional who is looking for a chilled-out, friendly place to live. No home working I'm afraid. The most important thing is that you are trustworthy, easygoing and respectful of others. References will be required.
Bills are included
You will have use of the house, including a large kitchen/dinner and garden, which should be treated like your home.
If you're interested, please drop me a WhatsApp or email letting me know a little about yourself, or you can just call.
