I have 1 large-sized downstairs double room in a large Edwardian house in the Queens Park area of Bournemouth. House is currently shared between myself and 3 other guys from Bulgaria, Slovakia and USA. The current tenants are in their early 30's, working professionals with active / sports lifestyles. The house would best fit a working professional (or student) guy who is looking for a chilled-out, friendly place to live. No home working I'm afraid. I especially like having tenants from overseas as I like sharing the house with interesting people from other countries. The most important thing is that you are trustworthily, easy going and respectful of others.

Personally, I'm into keeping fit and try to do sports whenever I can, mostly kitesurfing and running. I'm a laid-back and easygoing type of person. I am not into partying, but I do like the occasional social evening.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so you must like animals. I travel a lot, and normally away for 3 months over the winter, so during these times the guys help me out with taking care of the animals.

I have 2 daughters, ages 8 and 13, who stay with me every other week (for the week).

It is a quiet road with a large park at one end. It's around 10 minutes by bike to the town centre, or JP Morgan. Easy parking.

There is a toilet close to this downstairs room which is pretty much only for that room, and a large shared bathroom upstairs. I have my own en-suite bathroom.

I have a large well-kept garden which is excellent in the summer. There is space to store bikes etc if you need it.

All bills are included but we share the cost of a weekly cleaner (£35 per month each). You will have use of the house including large kitchen / dinner and garden, which should be treated like your home.
