Looking for a tenant that I can sublet my room for in a shared house in Bournemouth. Just 20 minutes walking distance from the University, it is in a prime location. Situated inbetween University and the main town centre. There are easy bus routes if you don't feel like walking and plenty of eating places and shops down the road to do you weekly shop.

Five people already live in the house, all students of Bournemouth University. Four of them are studying Screenwriting, One is doing design. This room has become available due to myself deferring my second year.

Ideally this room would work perfect for a student doing a Study exchange beginning January. However that is not a necessity. The owner of the room currently is moving out mid-December so if you're already in the area, you can move your belonging before Christmas.

This house has a lot of great amenities. Despite it being a six bedroom house, two of the bedrooms have showers in, meaning less people use the communal one. It also has a garden and comes with a large tv in the living area.

Bills are £34 bringing the monthly total to £424 which works out a lot cheaper than most of the student accomodation.

Looking to fill this room asap so please contact me if you're interested. You do not need a guarantor or deposit as it is a sublet. Ideal for international students who don't have a UK based guarantor.
