I am a student looking to move out of the property immediately, with the property available from the 14th of March 2020. It is a double bedroom available for one person. You would be sharing the house with two male students and another male who works. The property is based off Columbia road with many shops nearby including a co-op. It is a 15 minute walk from Winton high street and a 5 minute drive. It is a well taken care of house with a big living room with a tv, open plan kitchen and a lovely spacious garden.
