We are looking for 2 tenants to take over our lease for this academic year - the tenancy ends 23/07/2021

It is a semi-detatched house near the high street in Winton with parks and shops/amenities nearby, also it is a 20 minute walk away from Bournemouth University
There is a washing machine included and a spare room that can be used for extra storage, or make comfortable into a chill hangout spot

The residing tenant is a Sports Management student who is really friendly, confident and outgoing. He mainly keeps to himself but keeps the common areas clean and tidy. He likes to go out, yet he is still very sociable and will make you feel welcome. He has a girlfriend who does come around, however she is nice and they mainly stay in their room.
