The house is kept immaculate, I've had comments regarding how clean it is for a shared house. So I thought I would give that a mention as I know its a worry to some.

The property is in Wallisdown close to local shops and bus routes. Minutes from buses, very central to town centers of Bournemouth and Poole.

It is a lovely spacious room. Comes furnished, but space to bring some own items if required.

Around the corner, you have Wallisdown Road shops, including Tescos Express, Aldi Supermarket, and Subway.

There is a large kitchen diner, through to a separate utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer (free to use).

Also in the utility room. is a four drawer fridge freezer for own use .

There is allocated racking in the garage for extra storage, in a large garage, also good storage for bikes.
