This spacious double bedroom, for sole occupancy, has a comfortable double bed, 32inch smart TV, armchair, plenty of clothes storage, desk and chair and Vodafone full fibre wifi. Directly opposite the bedroom is a shower room for your sole use.

Your own kitchen/diner has a large combination microwave (with oven and grill cooking options), 2 ring hot plate, steamer, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, crockery, pans etc. Leading off the kitchen is a small outdoor space with table and chair.

These 3 rooms are for your sole use and on a separate floor to other bedrooms and bathrooms giving you more peace and privacy than the usual houseshare. We also use a separate entrance to avoid disturbing you.

The rooms and communal areas are cleaned weekly and kept in good and tidy order.

This large detached house is in a quiet cul de sac in a lovely area of Bournemouth and has plenty of off road parking.

Your housemates are a friendly hardworking adult family who are quiet and respectful in the evenings/night. We are looking for someone like minded, a working professional, who, due to their work, needs accommodation away from home during the week. We will also consider an AUB student who needs accommodation Monday to Friday.

Bournemouth Arts University and buses to Poole and Bournemouth are a 10 minute walk away and Bournemouth Town Centre/Beach is a 10 minute drive away, as is the A338 if travelling to Ringwood/Verwood/Southampton area.

Cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets in Winton are a 10 minute walk.

We also have plenty of local green spaces nearby.

There are good transport links to Town Centre, Bournemouth Beach, Bournemouth University, RBCH and JP Morgan.

Rent is payable monthly in advance.
