A spacious bungalow located in BH10 and recently renovated in 2020. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and lounge/diner. Upstairs is my bedroom and bathroom and private living space.

One bathroom is for the private use of the downstairs bedrooms and the other is used by visitors/family and friends.

There is a washing machine and dish washer located in the kitchen and a tumble dryer located in an out building.

There is a large garden with 2 patio areas and seating. One area in mainly in the shade and the other gets lots of sunshine.

There is no off road parking available but there is always plenty on the street. At the top of the road, a 5/10 minute walk, is a parade of shops with post office, mini market, hair dressers and chip shop. There is also the bus stop for the Yellow Buses number 5 into the center of town.

About Me

I have two cats, one of which is an old boy who just wants a bit of love and is very friendly with everyone. The other is an outside cat who only appears for food.

I'm mid thirties and work as a gas engineer. I work days but also do emergency call outs so can come and go at any hour. I enjoy music, movies, comic books, history and science as well as good company to share a beer, but also my own space.

About You

You're an employed professional/mature student looking for a medium to long term commitment, a place you can call home with love and respect. You enjoy the company of others but also respect when others in the house need to sleep. You're not a clean freak but equally you clean up after yourself and don't leave items piled up by the side of the sink.

You like animals and while they are in no way your responsibility, you are happy to occasionally feed/make a fuss of them when I'm away or unable to.
