I have a really decent sized bright and airy double room available in Boscombe/springbourne - the whole house is being renovated and will be completed 15th June so all freshly painted with brand new carpets! There is also a really good sized communal area and a small garden :) The spare room will also initially be used as a study.
I will be looking for one further tenant so the bathroom will only need to be shared between 2 as I have an en-suite.
There is on road parking available (the road can get a little busy parking wise but I’ve not had an issue finding a spot and very worst case scenario you can park the road parallel).
All bills included except council tax (only applies if you’re a working professional and as I’m a student this would be discounted anyway).
A bit about me! Im a mature occupational therapy student, so I will be studying from home at times but also work as a HCA at RBH :) I love the outdoors and sea swimming, getting coffee at any opportunity and occasionally enjoy painting and sketching.
Im looking for a friendly, clean female who is after a quiet but welcoming home ☺️ Preferably also a mature student but this isn’t totally necessary!
I do have another double room available but it’s still being decorated (photos of spare room included which is of similar size)
