It is very close to the shops in Winton and a 20 minute walk to Bournemouth town centre. It is also located on the main bus routes. 5mins from Talbot campus for those mature students looking for accommodation nearby.

You will have use of the shared kitchen and bathroom.

The room its self is 1 large space with loads of natural light and large built in wardrobe area around 1.5 meters long. It is a delightful space which often results in tenants staying for years at a time.

Rent includes all bills including wifi.

It is a clean and quiet house. So only suitable for mature people experienced with living with others looking for a quiet home to settle into.

Existing housemates are all working professionals so not a student house, whilst suitable for mature students.
