Bills £12/month*. We seek a single lady who is happy to live in a Christian houseshare. It would be ideal if you are part of a church on a regular basis. Large double room in friendly, spacious home :o)

Fully furnished with expansive built in cupboards, king size bed on casters with drawers, desk and chair, display/book shelves.

Flexible move in date if required. Bonus if you are happy to help out in our small garden 20mins twice a month;) We enjoy our garden and all chip in!

*£480/month includes all bills - except - Gas (hot water & central heating) + Netflix at aprox. £12/month*

The Household:

We are looking for a single lady who is happy to live in a Christian houseshare. It would be ideal if you are part of a church on a regular basis. Aprox age 20's - 40's either student/ working/ professional.

Would suit a sociable person who enjoys a chat and a laugh, as well as her own space, and is happy to share weekly cleaning/chores.

I (45) work part-time as Coordinator for a church charity Debt Centre, support my ill father locally and am involved at church. Our other lovely housemate (50) works for the council and though not a christian, is respectful of our faith and lifestyle, enjoys cheerful banter and lots of laughs. My brother owns the house and lives away, so I manage it for him. We are non-smoking.

We enjoy some TV/ Netflix, nature/beach walks, snorkelling/swimming, socialising with friends in or meals out (pre-Covid!) but also enjoy our own ‘me time’!

Re Covid we are a ‘double-jabbed’ household due to both helping care for elderly, frail and ill parents. We have a caged hamster called ‘Essau Hastings Taylor-Brown’ ! ;o)
