Our all-female house is strictly non-smoking, modern, clean and cosy, walking distance from Boscombe shopping zone and just a short car or bus journey to town centre or Bournemouth University. The U3 university bus service stops opposite the house. There is free on-road parking outside. We are young professionals who enjoy an occasional night out (Covid permitting) but also enjoy a quiet evening in front of the TV. This is not a party house. We are looking for a compatible female full-time professional person or hard-working university student to join us. There is one cosy small-ish double room for single use, available from 14 February 2022.

Rent includes ALL bills and the house has all modern conveniences including central heating, double-glazing, fully equipped modern fitted kitchen, TV and fast Wifi broadband.
