looking for a nice respectful new lodgers My house is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom detached house with garden and unrestricted on road parking (+ limited off road parking). There is also a main bus route 2 minutes walk away, and plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs etc within easy walking distance (but far enough away not to be noisy)
I am sociable but respectful when others are sleeping etc.
I rescue at least 50% of my food from supermarkets through a charity I’m involved with and am happy to share and take it in turns to cook (I mostly eat veggie food but occasionally eat rescued or ethically sourced meat) or you can cook separately if preferred. Cleaning and gardening is shared between everyone.
Im interested in travel, trying to reduce our environmental impact, like art & craft, painting, sketching, restoration projects, camper-vans and cycling. I also volunteer for the cinnamon trust walking dogs for the elderly/disabled and do litter picking. I would love a housemates that share some interests (although not essential).
Ideally looking for mature Students, but not essential.
There are two rooms available room: asmall double with small double bed large wardrobe, shelves drawers, fridge mini oven and cupboard, and a large double/studio room with double bed, corner sofa bed, large wardrobes, fridge, freezer, mini oven, tv ….
I am looking for clean tidy and respectful housemates to move in In ASAP. Pets will be considered at an additional cost (£20 per pet per week, this can be negotiated after trial period). No smokers (tobacco not to be smoked inside or outside on the property).
Please note room price is based on single occupancy of the room, on a long term basis by working professionals/mature student.
Couples additional £80pw and pets £20 per pet per week, short term let’s considered £250 per week for larger room and £200 for smaller roomand people on benefits (depending on reasons etc). Gas, Electric, water, sewerage and internet are included based on lodgers that are out most days. Additional £20 contribution towards bills for those not working or working from home.
Some rooms have been updated since pictures where taken/are being updated at the moment. I will update as soon as possible.
I am ideally looking for long term lodgers ASAP but will consider shorter term and weekend or Monday-Friday let’s.
There are currently basic food cooking facilities in the rooms for those concerned about interaction due to covid 19/incase of need to self isolate etc.
