I live in the house with my 13 year old son and coupe of girls that rent room there as-well. I work full time and am a Muslim so this is a halal household. I require a female lodger and preferably Asian.
Bedroom have double bed, wardrobe, bedside table. All bills are included in the price including broadband.

Current lodger will be leaving in late April so room available from 1st of May and maybe end of April.
