Hi All,
I'm renting my spare room in 2 bed appartment. The flat is just me. It's very central, 10 minutes walk to train station/town/beach.
The building is a residential building so very quiet and relaxed.
I'm very relaxed, love sport, and generally a sociable person who enjoys some friendly banter, and the occasional gaming session. I work at the University as a lecturer in sales and sports Marketing.
Ii keep the flat tidy, and the building is quiet and not a party building, with a north facing balcony looking into the garden. All bills included, and tye flat has all TV channels, Netflix etc.
