Looking for female, clean, productive, pet friendly person, to take over my room and live with my mum. I'm moving out so there's a room available. Mum is a clean, polite person and plant lover.
The flat is ground floor with a garden, surrounded by restaurants, 1 minutes walk away from nisa local and bus stop. 5 minute walk from Bournemouth centre, bus station and tesco. Room is furnished, as you can see there's a high double bed to maximise the space enough to have a small desk underneath, however if this is an inconvenience we can always arrange a new bed frame but mattress is pretty much new, I own a lot of stuff the high bed was great for me to maximise space. Person interested has to be female, productive, clean, polite, and be okay with a white cat. Smoking is fine as long as its in the garden and cig butts are thrown away in an ashtray. There's a bit of space in the shed if needed as well. Hot water is on a timer to save money, you will have to discuss with mum what days and time is best for you so she can adjust it.
