My name is Elliott
I am looking for a friendly, clean tidy person to rent a single room.
The room has storage shelves and is newly decorated.
Also, we have a brand new kitchen and you would have a , Fridge, Freezer, etc.
We are 5 minutes from all the buses that run along Christchurch Rd, going into Bournemouth Center Christchurch, etc., and the train is only a 10-minute walk away from the house.
The beach is also a handy 10-minute walk away!
Preferably we would like someone working or a student.
We are all pretty easygoing but we all keep the house clean and tidy.
We have two bathrooms, the house is big, so there is plenty of space for all of us.
All the bills are included in the rent... plus your fast fiber WiFi
