I am looking to rent out a spacious double bedroom in a two-bed property in leafy part of Bournemouth (Talbot Woods). Which is close to Bournemouth University (10 minutes walk), Bournemouth town centre (30 mins walk), Winton High Street (5 mins walk) and the beach.

This room comes fully furnished with bills included (water/gas/electric/broadband) and you’ll have access to a large lounge and large kitchen with everything you need including a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

I’ve just put in a double oak bed with a new mattress chest of drawers and I have a desk and chair if you’d like one.
