Looking for someone friendly and clean to long term share my new build 2 bedroom flat with myself and a kitten, open to short let or Mon-Fri let. Sorry, no couples.

The property is brand-new, fob access flats with a kitchen/lounge and a balcony. I have a fully equipped kitchen to share and/or cupboard space for your own bits. The flat is located right in the centre - just a stone’s throw from the train station, bus station and Lexicon shopping centre.

On the hunt for a similarly minded roommate to share the space with who doesn’t mind sometimes feeding a little furry ball of terror. The kitten will move in early next year. Looking for someone who enjoys their own space, but also would be up for doing social activities together like going for a drink, catching a movie or something - I love F1, board games and mountain biking. The flat is brand new so very modern and well-run. It’s a tidy and well-kept space where we would both chip in to keep it clean and organised. Improvements are ongoing to make it more homey, next short term things are upgrading the TV to a bigger one & getting curtains in the living room.

Something to note, I work in film, which means I sometimes work long hours at varied times, so I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind possibly being woken up early/kept up late on occasion. Soundproofing seems to be good and while I can promise to try and be quiet just setting that expectation. It does however mean you’ll potentially have plenty of hours to enjoy the space to yourself while shooting!
