Large, bright double room available end of August in a quiet Ealing house-share.

The house has a big shared bathroom with an extra downstairs loo, large kitchen, and living room leading out to a sunny garden. There’s a drive outside too, so you don’t have the hassle of paying for a parking permit. The bedroom itself has built-in wardrobes, and has been recently decorated as well.

30 second walk to Boston Manor tube station and bus stops, parade of local shops just opposite the station. Super easy to get to Heathrow or central London with trains every 3 minutes.

Current tenants are Josh, Paula, and myself. We work in film/TV and as cabin crew so the house tends to be pretty quiet as we all work long and varied hours.

Bills aren’t included but come to about £90 monthly; current system is each person manages a bill or two . A new tenant would be taking over the WiFi and energy bills from me (both with discounted rates I’ve negotiated)
Landlord takes two months rent upfront, covering you for the month you decide to move out. The house has Wifi and central heating in all rooms.

Super cheap property to live in for London rent, in a very chilled house-share. We all work hectic hours so it’s rare that we come across each other but the atmosphere is really laid-back and peaceful.
