We have a double room, single occupancy, to let in 3 bedroom terrace house. Most bills included. Internet shared separately between tenants, appx £10 a month. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, cozy living room and green backyard.
Room is furnished with double bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Bookshelves and mirror not included, but can be purchased from previous flatmate.
Very quiet residential area. Great transport spot - 15 min walk, or 5 min by bus to South Ealing station(Piccadilly line), that will take you to central London in 30 min, or to Heathrow Airport in 20min. 10 min by bus to Ealing Broadway - with lots of shops and Central line. Buses to Hammersmith, Chiswick, Hounslow 3 min from house. A lot of parks and river Thames within 10 min walk. Kew Gardens within walking distance. Lot of grocery options in the area (Sainsbury, Coop, Morrisons, Polish grocery etc.)
Would suit a quiet person that treats place as home. Not a party place or room treated as a hotel.
Reference from previous landlord and confirmation of employment required by landlord. If you are foreigner you should also show a proof of right to live in UK.
