A decently sized double is now available to rent on our lovely boat located on Thames River, next to Kew Bridge and right behind Lots Ait. From the start of this month (Oct) four easy-going lads will occupy the rest of rooms as most of the people have already moved out (not for boatwise reasons), therefore we are looking for someone who may fit here.

The room is refreshed, repainted and warm. It contains the double bed (the pink bed is not included, it is from another room and will be promptly moved), a chest of drawers, a bookcase and a whiteboard plus you can lock it. The rent is £575 pcm + £575 deposit, which is non-refundable but instead your last month here is for free. There are internet and electricity bills which are roughly £20 per month. All necessary amenities are included, that is two fridges, cupboards, hoover, washing machine, strings for air drying and generally a lot of space and anything you can find.

The boat itself is huge, specific, with unique looks and atmosphere, but that is the best to see on your own. Location is Brentford, right on the borders of Ealing, Gunnersbury, Chiswick and Kew. The bus stop is 1 min away with easy access to Richmond and Hounslow, and 5 min walk for the Southern line train which can get you to Waterloo. Shops like Sainsbury's Local, Morrisons and 24/7 Jet are really close too. Except for that there are a lot of parks (Gunnersbury, Kew Gardens, Chiswick House) and beautiful pathways all around the place.

We are professionals and students with broad interests, positive and open. We're having different shifts, although we're trying to fit, be respectful and socialise whenever we can. We are also fine with pets (that actually would be even better as there were dogs around until now).
