We are looking for someone to take the 2nd room in our flat from mid June.

THE Flat:
This is a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat , 1 kitchen, 1 large lounge. Kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher. We also have 2 balconies which looks over brent dock 😉 min away from DLR, so it’s very calm whilst also being super accessible

THE BEDROOM:
The room is a great size with double bed, wardrobe, and plenty of space to make your own of it.

ABOUT US:
You will be sharing the flat with me 27year old marketing officer and my partner 27 year old self employed. Due to our work, we are in and out of the house at different times, but tend to be back most evenings whereby we may go for a drink or chill. Weekends is another story, we may be at gigs, or just see where the weekend takes us after a cocktail.

The area:
- The flat itself is on generally a quiet road so no traffic noise pollution would get through to disturb your peace.
- Morisons and indepenent shop open 7days a week
