I have a nice single room available for a couple of months in a beautiful warmly designed, relaxed modern apartment near the river.

I will mostly be away during the week so the person gets the whole place to themselves during the week - and I'll be back at the weekends. There is also the possibility of sharing the flat with my Portuguese speaking female partner if she is in the UK, though it is more likely this won't happen and the apartment will be mostly empty except foe weekends.

The person I am looking for would need to be plant-friendly since the room has a "waterfall" of green plants in the window area and I would ask for them to do a single water of the apartment plants during the week (a small price to pay for having the place to themselves!).

The apartment is very clean and tidy and gets a professional clean each Saturday and is close to the river and a short walk from Kew Bridge. It's clean, safe and with a creative atmosphere - lots of natural light.

The flat would suit a mature, genuinely plant-loving individual looking for a quiet place.

Bills are £20 a week - includes cleaning. electricity & gas

Moving in date would be from 21st May until 9th July. (There is a possibility of extending for a month linger depending on my travel plans but this can only be confirmed nearer the time).
