A medium size double room for one person in a nice and cosy shared house 8 min walk from University of West London and 15 min walk from Northfields Underground Station (5 min by bus).South Ealing Station is very close to us too. The rent is £550 monthly -all bills included -and the deposit is £550 too. The house is located in a quiet residential area 10 min walk from Brentford Railway Station. We have excellent transport links-Piccadilly line -30 min to Heathrow and 45 min to Waterloo Central London. There is a E2 bus-stop 2 min from the house and 24/7 bus 65 -7 min from the house, too. Hammersmith, Richmond and Chiswick are easily accessible within 20-25 min by bus. Ealing Broadway is within 15 min by bus. We are 4 housemates professionals -25 y young man who just finished University and is starting his job in Heathrow,23 y o girl -finished her internship and started her first job in a museum,35 y girl -psychologist and a mature 48 plus lady receptionist -all in separate double bedrooms. The bedroom comes with a double bed, built in small wardrobe,2 chests of drawers, a desk and a flat screen TV. We share a living room and a kitchen. a bathroom plus toilet and a separate toilet. There is Unlimited Wi Fi. We have a big rear garden especially valuable when the weather is good. It’s no smoking inside the house but it’s not a problem if you choose to smoke in the garden. You can park your car in the street in front of the house with a Residence Permit. We don't mind whether you work or you study or you work shifts as long as you are easy going, responsible and considerate. It's a quiet house and we believe everybody should feel comfortable and happy at home. We lead quite busy and independent lives and we appreciate healthy life style yet a bottle of wine and a barbecue at the weekend could be very welcome. The room is available since 15 November.
