The rooms would suit a young single professional or student. Mainly focusing on female applicants at this time, as both owner and tenant are women, and it would be their preference to continue if possible.

3 minutes walk from Piccadilly line, 10 minutes walk from Brentford station & 25 minutes bus ride from Ealing Broadway (Central line).

The room is very bright and warm, featuring a double ottoman bed with underneath storage, and memory mattress. The room has floor to ceiling mirror wardrobes across one wall, so plenty of storage! There is also two bed side cabinets and a large white desk which isn't pictured.

The property would be shared with live in land lord and one current tenant. You will be sharing all the main areas including the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden. However the front living room is only for landlords use.

There are two house cats in the property which belong to the landlord. We also have a third cat that's adopted us, he is an absolute sweetheart, but likes to live in our garden, so he now has his own little home out there. Due to this no other pets will be considered... And of course if you don't like cats this won't suit you.
