Bedroom furnished. There’s a bathroom upstairs, on the same floor as bedroom and downstairs there’s another toilet with a shower. Downstairs there is a kitchen open to the dining area and a living room with a large TV. There’s a large back garden and a drive way at the front. Both bathrooms were refurbished only a few years ago and the kitchen too, so they are all modern. A mix of friendly outgoing professionals who are super social, we are looking for a friendly female to join the mix. VERY IMPORTANT - everything to stay clean and tidy so I would like someone who maintains the house in great condition!! There’s a big Sainsbury’s only about 10 min walk away as well as Aldi a 20 min walk away. Bus stop right outside for the 5B bus which takes you straight into hove and town. Up the road 10 mins a Tesco express, boots, co-op, food takeaway and more bus stops. A lot of parks near by as well as devils dyke. Any questions feel free to contact me :)
