I have a furnished double room with ensuite for rent in my large family home.

My current lodger moved out at the beginning of February.

The house is located in the quite village Rottingdean, just past Brighton Marina, the house is next to the number 2 bus stop or 10 min walk to the seafront for the number 27 bus, we also have off road parking if needed and a garage if larger items need to be stored.

We are a vegan/ vegetarian household so we are preferably looking for a vegan/vegetarian person to share with.

The house is home to myself, girlfriend and 2 children who are 10 and 5 years old.

I work full time in Brighton and my girlfriend works as a Pilates Instructor in London, so we typically leave the house around 8am and are back each day around 6pm.

We occupy 3 bedrooms and a bathroom leaving a large double room with en-suite to let.

The room has a large double wardrobe, double draws and a double bed, currently it has a large tv, bedside table and lamp. Everything apart from the wardrobe can be out into the garage if not needed.

The kids have their own games room off the living room, and there is a separate dining room and utility room just off the kitchen equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and a fridge solely for the lodger.
