The room is in a 2 bed flat in Hove, just off church street and close to the beach and train station.. It’s a large, quiet, double furnished room with chests and wardrobe, fold up table. It would suit someone who does not have too many personal possessions beyond what they can keep in their room. There is plenty of shareable kitchenware.

It would be sharing with one other person (me) and my two cats. However, I will be away most of the time for the next six months. However, I will come back the odd weekend to check on the place. Thus, for those seeking an en-suite it might work very well.

It is mostly just the room exclusively, but access to living room and garden could be negotiated for extra charge.

I am not so concerned about age or sex. I mostly would just like someone mature, easy going, quiet, clean, responsible, trustworthy and employed or studying etc.,. Thus, I would like to take rent and/or work /study references to validate status.

I would consider someone for short term or longer term if only the room is needed but wouldn’t sign a lease longer than six months as the terms may change depending on whether I return. Due to the furnished room/flat -it may be more suited to someone who wants something short term. I am happy to go month to month in a short term arrangement.
